Visualizing "00" or "05"

Hi,

I need to visualize 00, or 05 on my dashboard, any idea on how i do it? On the table transformation page, I replaced 0, with 00, still not working. I'm getting the input from an excel, where I can save 0 as 00 but, it's only showing 0 on my power bi column.

try to wrap up the value with FORMAT, e.g.
Measure = FORMAT([Value], "00")
