Variation between "n" months

Hi, i have this dashboard:

I have a filter for the period (202304) and i ve created a measure to calculate the SUM(Q) for months ago.

For this metric i have created a calendar's duplicated table.

What i want to do is create another metric to show the different of percentage between months and display it on the matrix.
