Use DAX to calculate running difference between two dates (in 2 columns)

Hi PBI Community,

 

I need some help from you. I'm struggling with calculating value difference between 2 dates. I've pivoted my original table to some thing like this:

I want to calculate the value difference IF the suppliers and utilization month are the same.

 

This is what I want to do:
