Update columns values based on two tables

Good Morning,

 

I have on table set in the following way:

The values for each month are entered by category managers. However, I have another table that displays value for each month based on a database. These values imported from the database appear only after each month. Is there any way I could change the values entered by the category managers with the ones from the database whenever they appear?

    Hi mtrussardi ,

     

    I am not clear on what is the datasource for the table which the managers change? Is it a file?
