Unable to Divide Two Variables

Hello, I have been attempting to create a percentage based off two variables, both of the variables can be added to the return function and will accurately show their value, but when I attempt to divide them it will only output is the errorRows variable as the result?
Column

Which results in

Result when return is set to just allRows

then just error rows
