    Try this:

     

    Sum F1 by F2 :=
CALCULATE(
    SUM('Fact_1'[Value_F1]),
    TREATAS(
        VALUES('Fact_2'[Key_D1]),
        'Fact_1'[Key_D1]
    ),
    REMOVEFILTERS('Map1')
)
