Trying to create another column using "OR logic" from two columns and to use for filtering

Hi All, 

I want to create another column using OR Logic between column 1, column 2

Table = Summary

                        column 1 = team,

                         column 2= shared team,

Purpose of that new table will be to use it for filtering, I want to see all the records in single column if col1 team or col2 shared teams..

Create a new table like below:

Table 2 = DISTINCT(UNION(VALUES('Table'[Team]),VALUES('Table'[Shared Team])))

[DavidGM]

Team                                                                                                     Shared Team

Integration	Main Integration
	Main Integration
Integration
Integration	Main Integration
Security	Security Team
Development	Custom Develop
	Custom Develop
Testing	Testing Team
	Testing Team
Database	Testing Team
Selection option for Team and/or shared Team to be selected.

So I like to show all the work assigned to team member using team column OR shared team coloumn
