Trouble Writing MDX Queries

Hi All,

I'm having trouble understanding how to write a mdx query and I'm not sure how to write it to construct the below excel example. Could I please some help in achieving the below result? I'm using SAP BW Application Server as the data source.

Desired Result:

Source I need to populate:

    Hi PeterPowerBI ,

What's MDX? I learned that it seems to be a statement in SSAS, not in power bi.

For your question, what I can do is to give you some reference to the statement document ~ hope it will help you.

      Hi Greg,

Is it possible just to provide me an example of how you would write the above?

I would add more columns and logic, but just wanted to see a sample and work from there. I get a bit overwhelmed with a lot of reading.

      Thanks,
      Peter
