Totals are coming wrong

Hello

 

As per the below screen shot i want the total as (15.03+15.03) instead of that i am getting average. 

Defination of rate function is rate = Divide([A],[B])

So please help me that how should i write a defination or what changes i can do so that i can get the summation instead of Average.
