To insert a row in the measures table
Below table consists of Innovations, Quality, Services which are column names and the Year23, Year24, Quater1 24, Quater2 24 are the calculated measures:-

In the above table i want to add individual row called #FORMS that means total number of forms submitted, and it should look like the below table:-

That's two red flags for the price of one. What you are trying to do is against the Power BI design. Consider to continue using Excel for this requirement.
