    You could create a measure like

    Previous Month =
LOOKUPVALUE (
    'Table'[Current Month],
    'Table'[Activity ID], SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Table'[Activity ID] ),
    'Table'[Reporting date], EOMONTH ( SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Table'[Reporting Month] ), -2 ) + 1,
    BLANK ()
)
