Measure = CALCULATE(PERCENTILEX.INC(Sheet1,[Actvalue],.75),FILTER(ALL(Sheet1),Sheet1[ICD10_PrincipalDiagnosisKey]=SELECTEDVALUE(Sheet1[ICD10_PrincipalDiagnosisKey])))If I have miunderstood your meaning, please provide your desired output.
