Table with filtered rows

How can I filter in the table only the lines where the values of "Conversion Time"> "Upper Limit Express Conv"

tabela.png

Since "Upper Limit Express Express" is a variable that is adjusted with Date slicer

I tried with
Filter Column =
UpperLimit VAR = [Upper Limit Express Conv]
RETURN IF ([Conversion Time]> UpperLimit, 1.0)
but I can't call [Conversion Time] in the function

I am not to understand column names...i am guessing last two columns in visual are measure...n if you want to check then simplt use
If( measure1< measure2,1,0)
Add this to visual level filter and set it to 1

If last two columns are not measure then try this measure
If(max(table[col1]<max(table[col2]),1,0)

Thanks,
Pravin
