Table row highlight as basis for visual

Hi there, 

I have a table with the columns "KPIs" "Value achieved Group 1" "Required value Group 1" "Value achieviement in % Group 1", "Value achieved Group 2", etc. for 4 Groups. Client wants all of the values in one table. 

Now there should be a bar diagram for each group showing the Required Value of each group as 100% and the Value achieved as the part of 100% (say requirement was 100, achievement was 10, Value achieved graph should show 10 %). This should happen for each KPI upon highlighting the row. 

Is there a way to write a DAX that will take the respective Required Value und Value Achieved for each Group and apply it to a char chart?
