Table Multiple Months Sort Issue

My colleagues and I have been trying a few different methods but haven't been successful. I am wondering if anyone can help please.

My table shows when the booking is received and this is sorted using an extra Date Table. I created a second Date Table to sort when the booking was filled but this hasn't worked.

As shown in the attached image, the first Month column (Vacancy Received) is in month order, however the second Month column (Vacancy Filled) is in alphabetical order.

Is there a way to sort both columns in month order please? So we can see the bookings being filled each month. I have a cumulative column, that is now shown here, to track the monthly filled progression.

Thank you for any help in advance.

Thank you so much for the video, that does makes sense. I have saved the video but I tried this video instead and it helped as I am working with Fiscal year Apr - Mar and thought it would be more relevant than showing Jan - Dec. This video also shows the Month Number sort 🙂

Hi,

Can you please share the sample data in excel? This can be done but i need to see your raw data to suggest a suitable solution.

Regards,

RR

Hello RR,

Thanks for your message. I am trying to upload the data sample which is in Excel format but unable to do so. Could you please advise.

Many thanks!

You can try sorting both the columns using one custom column which would contain Month Number. Use Sort By column feature to achieve this.
