Slicer dropdown does not appear under Slicer Settings

Hi Community

I am using the latest desktop version, but I am not getting the option to convert my slicer to a drop down. Suspiciously, the option des not even show under Slicer settings under Format. I read the previous post where it was suggested that headers should be on. I guess I have it 'on'.
