I have two tables.
A table that records the users who accessed the system.
Another user registration table.
User registration table changes during the month with user entry and exit.
I need to know which users have not accessed the system month by month.
Does anyone have an idea what to do?
Hi @bruno_rsp ,
I created a sample pbix file(see attachment) for you, please check whether that is what you want.
You can create a measure as below:
Flag =
VAR _users =
CALCULATETABLE (
VALUES ( 'user registration'[userid] ),
FILTER (
'user registration',
'user registration'[YearMonth]
= SELECTEDVALUE ( 'user registration'[YearMonth] )
)
)
RETURN
IF ( SELECTEDVALUE ( 'users'[user id] ) IN _users, 0, 1 )
If the above one can't help you get the desired result, please provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. You can refer the following link to upload the file to the community. Thank you.

Hi @v-yiruan-msft pbix
I'm posting my pbix.
I have two tables.
A table that records accesses in the system.
And another table that has the active users in that month.
I created a third Calendar table, linked it to the table that registers the users and the table that contains the active users.
I need to know which active users of that month that did not access the system.
Active users table, it changes every month with outgoing and incoming users. It has a date column always with the last day of the month, example: 01/31/2022.
I created this filter to know which users did not connect to the system.
UserSem = var cc1 = DISTINCTCOUNT(LicenseTotvs[IdUser]) return if (cc1>0, blank(), "No access")
But it is filtering only the table that registers the accesses in the system.
It is not making the comparison between the table of active users and the table that registers the accesses.
