Switch or If condition in field parameters

Hello,

I created a field parameter:

Graduation Period = {
    ("On Time Graduation Division", NAMEOF('Graduation Rate'[On Time Graduation Division]), 0,"On Time Graduation"),
    ("On Time Graduation Province", NAMEOF('Graduation Rate'[On Time Graduation Province]), 1,"On Time Graduation"),
    ("Extended Time Graduation Division", NAMEOF('Graduation Rate'[Extended Time Graduation Division]), 2, "Extended Time Graduation"),
    ("Extended Time Graduation Province", NAMEOF('Graduation Rate'[Extended Time Graduation Province]), 3, "Extended Time Graduation")
}

After that I'm using the default column (Value4) in my slicer that looks like this:

I want to know if there's any way I can use an If or Switch condition along with this slicer. Basically I'm trying to exclude some values from the column 'Cohort Year' that is coming from the table 'Graduation Rate' when the slicer option 'Extended Time Graduation' is selected (For example, when slicer Extended Time graduation is selected, don't show cohort years "2018-19", "2019-20").

Is there any way to achive that?

Thanks in advance.
