Suprresing zero values

Write is not 0.00
OR
use basic filtering and select all except 0.00

It is a measure, I cant find basic filtering in that .
write 0.00 in place 0 at advanced filter

Priya2007 add a IF out of your code,like
WIP=VAR _Total= SUMX(SUMMARIZE(Transactions, Transactions[PROJECT_NO], Transactions[FISCAL_PERIOD]),[WIP Amount]) RETURN IF(_Total<>0,_Total)
if this still not work, it might be some very small value, like 0.000000001, which come from the floating-point calculation
