Hi Anonymous, something like this should work:
DIVIDE(
SUM(SOA[Avg_Rat])
, CALCULATE(SUM(SOA[Avg_Rat]), ALLSELECTED(SOA[Owner]))
)It sums Avg_Rat as affected by all attributes (Owner, Yes) and divides that by the sum of Avg_Rat across all Owners but still affected by Yes.
