    Carriage =
SUMX(
    SUMMARIZE(
        FILTER(
            'Sales',
            'Sales'[Order Status] = "Invoiced"
            && 'Sales'[Order Carriage (GBP)] <> 0
        ),
        'Sales'[Transaction Id],
        'Sales'[Order Carriage (GBP)]
    ),
    'Sales'[Order Carriage (GBP)]
)
