Summarise year on year change

Hi everyone,

I have a table which shows areas with a % for this year and a % for last year.  I have included a year on year differnce.  This all works as it should.  

I really want to say out of the 10 areas x amount have seen an increase year on year. 

How will I go about this?

I've tried to map out what I mean, so below would return 2 areas have seen an increase year on year.

Area   2020      2021    Difference

1         10           8          -2

2          15          17          2

3         7             2           -5

4         3            5            2

The pattern is:
MinScoreMeasure = MINX ( SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Group] , "Measure",[YourMeasure] ), [Measure])
MaxScoreMeasure = MAXX ( SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Group] , "Measure",[YourMeasure] ), [Measure])
AvgScoreMeasure = AVERAGEX ( SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Group] , "Measure",[YourMeasure] ), [Measure])
etc.
