Hi I am working a small cashbook report that will show the user how much cash was posted on any given day. The user selects the date from a slicer drop down box which is from the dimdate table and is configured as the date table.
So I have 3 tables, fact transactions that holds the value with a date id and account id , the date table and account table
what I would like to do i use the matrix visaual and show the 5 days in the columns the accounts on the row and the total for each account as the value. I would like to use the slicer.
I know I could create another slicer with 2 dates, but I think that just the one date controling it would work nicer.
I can't figure the Dax looked at datesbetween summarise but can't quite figure it out.
