Sumar una cantidad espesífica de Filas de una columna

Estoy tratando de sumar una cantidad de filas de una columna según el total de otra medida, es decir, tengo una columna con 74 filas y necesito sumar solo 21 filas de esas 74 y no se como hacerlo.

Could you explain how the number '21' is determined? From the screenshot, it appears that you highlighted the top 21 rows in the first column. Are you aiming to display only these top 21 rows in the matrix visual? If so, you might need a measure to calculate the top N values and use it to filter the row values. It would be better if you could share some sample data (dummy data) and the desired outcome.
