Hi Anonymous ,
Apologies. But I thought you were looking for following calculation:
Total Hours = Difference between Maximum end reading and minimum start reading when meter is HRS ,Difference between Maximum end reading and minimum start reading when meter is HRS1.
Can you please elaborate your question on the following:
how do i calculate the total of the difference required based on the Meter?

Hi Anonymous ,
You can create a 3rd measure as:
Sum1&2 = Max End Reading + Min Start Reading

hi Pragati11 ,
I created a third measure using SUMX, and that is working fine.
Total Hours = Sumx(values(EngineReading[meter], calculate (max(EngineReading[StopReading])) - CALCULATE(MIN(EngineReading[StartReading])))
Except that my subtotals in the matrix visualization is incorrect .
How do i fix that.
Thanks for the help
