Sum and Average Columns and Rows (Not counting NA's)

Hello:

 

I am looking to average certain columns avoiding NA's. I have created a PBI file that has a table with mock data and the results I am hoping to achieve is pasted as an image on the first page.  One issues is trying not to mix numeric values and texts. Any help on how to do this is very much appreciated! PBI attached.

    Hi Whitewater100 ,

    I can't download your pbix file, please provide more details with your desired output and pbix file without privacy information (or some sample data) .
