Stacked Bar Chart Question

Hi Everyone!

Is it possible to display 3 values together in a stacked bar chart somehow? I have 4 different account numbers and for each account I have the starting balance, total planned, and total actually spent.

It would be great to have a bar chart to show the 4 accounts at the bottom with 4 bars (1 for each) and the bar will show the total starting balance (say for one account its $5k), then within that bar chart another color that shows up to 3k to show total planned, and then finally towards the bottom another color up to 2k for actual spent. I've only found ways to add each of these 3 values but it keeps stack/totaling them together so the full bar is way more than the starting.

How do I go about doing this? Thank you!

Hi @Nicci ,

I'm a little confused about your needs, Could you please explain them further? It would be good to provide a screenshot of the results you are expecting and desensitized example data.

Thanks for your efforts & time in advance.

Just to follow up with this in case anyone out there is reading, what i was looking for was a layered chart, not stacked. I wanted a bar of say 50 and a bar of 100 and overlay them together to see the highest (100) with the 50 on top to see half way mark. Doesnt seem like Power Bi has anything like that.
