Splitting columns under 2 measures

Hello dear members.

I have a matrix table with Quarter in columns

I have 2 measures and the columns split between those 2 measures. 

What I want is to have the results of first measure together by quarter and the second measure together.

I need to find a way without switch for performance reasons. Also I don't want to create multiple measures. Any ideas??
