    You can use

    MAX ( 'Dupe Date'[Date] )
VAR Result =

            CALCULATE (
                SUM ( Sheet1[consum] ),
                SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR ( 'Dupe Date'[Date] ),

    I tried this in a dummy model and it worked.
