Slicer for dates between

I created some data:

Are you referring to the fact that when the row contains a 1, only data less than the slicer date is displayed, and when the row does not contain a 1, the data can be displayed?

Here are the steps you can follow：

1. Create measure.

2. Place [Flag]in Filters, set is=1, apply filter.
