Simulation Calculations?

Hi, a second question: is it possible to do kind of simulation with power bi. That I can kind of interact with a Filter of some sort, and I get a calculated table the results? ....that if i choose in a simulation row a Team, that the points go to the team and the other gets zero. So I could change the filters and can view the results and total?

Thank you for your response. I will try a power app, cause if I understood right, its the only way to work with Dataentry and Change the Data in realtime. Thx
