SharePoint and Power bi Showing Different dates

Good Morning, 

 

Can somebdy help me with the below. 

 

i have a sharepoint list which is populated with amendments and has a shift date column in. when an amendment is completed voa powerapps and goes into the sharepoint list the shift date is correct. 

 

When this is brought into powerbi the shift date is showing 1 day before.

 

i have changed this is the query and added a new collumn for Datetimezone.tolocal[shiftdate] this worked for a few days and it keeps reverting back.

this is built via the desktop version and then published to to service for users to access.
