Share My Powerbi Report With my Clients

Hello Everyone , i own powerbi Pro and microsoft 365 premium 

Enterprise E5 is not available in my country

My issue is i am creating for each client their username and password in my organization to share with them their powerbi reports

my issue is they cant access powerbi reports i share on powerbi service without a pro account for them 

if i want to buy each client a subscription its too costly.

is their a work around?

I believe you have an option to publish your report to web and share the access links with them respectively. They will not be able to edit the report, only interact. Also anyone with the link can view the report.
