Selectedvalue in a calculated column

Hi,

Is it possible to do a selectedvalue in a calculated column. I would like to create a new column that multiplies a value by a selected value in a slicer. If it is not, is there a way around it?

@Anonymous In Power BI, the SELECTEDVALUE function is commonly used in measures, not in calculated columns. This is because slicers dynamically interact with measures, but calculated columns are static and calculated during data load. 

So you can do the calculation with a measure. If you need support, please let me know the requirement.
