Search one tabel if have this center if other center search another tabels.

Hello 

i have to serch one tabel if i have shop TC30 by id 

But when i have otehr shop if have serch another tabel 

Main_data
shop	id	check
TC30	3	0
TC31	4	1
TC32	5	1
TC30	6	0
TC32	7	0

If TC30 search tabel 1 if other serch tabel 2 

if u find id give me 1 if u dont find in tabel give me 0
