    Please try this column expression to get your desired result

        SEARCH (
            "Industr",
            'Query1'[GRADE_NAME],
            ,
            0
        ) > 0
            && 'Query1'[Total Years - Employment] >= 10,
        2.5,
        DIVIDE (
            25.5,
            12
        )
    )
