Scheduled refresh is not working but manual refresh always works well

Hi Community,

 

The scheduled refresh was working smoothly till last month and suddenly stopped working. I tried to delete the datasets and reports from the workspace and again deployed on PBS, but after that the same issue is executing again. 

 

Error: Your data gateway is offline or could not be reached. Ensure the computer running the gateway is on during the refresh period.

 

Seems like the gateway is not running but it is running as manual refresh works pretty well all the time. The only issue is with the scheduled refresh. Can anyone encounter the same error before, please provide any solution regarding this, as I have to refresh the reports manuallly each morning.

Change the schedule times, or consider refreshing via Power Automate.
