HI,
I am not sure how your datamodel looks like, but please try the below to create a new column.
Formal Status of Prob Tchrs = SWITCH ( TRUE (), [P Calc] = 100 && [# of Formals] >= 1, "DONE", [P Calc] = 100 && [# of Formals] = 0, "NEEDED", [P Calc] = 200 && [# of Formals] >= 1, "DONE", [P Calc] = 200 && [# of Formals] = 0, "NEEDED" )

Jihwan_Kim...Hmmm...the Rename Column message I got was that model names must be non-empty. What does that mean?

One of your column might not have any name. You can give the colum a name in the query editor and try again.
