SHOW 0 INSTEAD OF (BLANK) IN SUMMARIZE function (DAX)

Wrap it with COALESCE, so 

Disorders = 
SUMMARIZE(
    Assessment,
    Assessment[User ID],
    "Count of Disorders",
    COALESCE([Total Disorders],0)
 ) 

It returns the first non-blank value so 0 if [Total Disorders] is blank.

It avoids the type conversion from the old +0 trick.
