Please use containsstring function like belowCONTAINSSTRING([affected organizations],"Morgan Stanley")
Second approach is to create a calculated column
Column = IF(SEARCH("Morgan Stanley",'Table'[Name],1,0)>0,TRUE(),FALSE())and use this column in filter expression

- thanks Anonymous for this solutions. Works like a charm. Just to add i was also found a similar solution online and i used the following condition before saw your reply: ISNumber(Search("Morgan Stanley",Tablename[Column],,Blank()))
