Rolling Week PBI

Hi! New to PBI and I need a calculate a Rolling Week in starting with 10/1/21 being Week 1 and it continuing from there. Screenshot below where i need to be able to calculate it 2 different ways and the intended output.

WEEK(MON - SUN) = INT(([Dates]-2)/7) - int((DATEVALUE("10/1/21")-2)/7) + 1

WEEK(th - wed) = INT(([Dates]+2)/7) - int((DATEVALUE("10/1/21")+2)/7) + 1
