Rolling Total Measure Showing Correct Values in Table and Line Graph But not on Card and Tooltip

I have created a rolling total measure -

RT =

VAR _EndDate = MAX(dimCalendar[Period])

VAR Amt =

CALCULATE(

    Count Measure,

        FILTER(

             ALLSELECTED(dimCalendar),

                dimCalendar[Period] <= _EndDate

))

Var Final = IF(ISBLANK(Count Measure),BLANK(),Amt)

RETURN

Final

This measure works perfectly fine for Graphs and Tables but not in a Card and similarly doesn't work for Tooltip

        LASTDATE(dimCalendar[Period])
    )
VAR Amt =
    CALCULATE(
        Count Measure,
        FILTER(
            ALLSELECTED(dimCalendar),
            dimCalendar[Period] <= _EndDate
        )
    )
Var Final = 
    IF(ISBLANK(Count Measure), BLANK(), Amt)
RETURN

No This isn't working for rolling total.
