Rolling 52 week average help

Hi,

I am trying to set a rolling 52 week view in power BI and was trying to figure out the the best way to do this? We have a week column in a calendar and bascially want it to show sales by week back 52 weeks and then roll forward each week. Think there will need to be some sort to min max date filter on the page like Min date = today() -365? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • it is 363, not 365  (assuming you include today)

You can use the WINDOW function for this, it is the most flexible option.
