Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY)

Hi, 

I am trying to calcault the Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY) from the Frist time Yield, 

the formuler for the Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY) is

Process ID 1 = First time Yield of Process 1

Process ID 2 = First time Yield of Process 1 x First time Yield of Process Process 2  

Process ID 3 = First time Yield of Process 1 x First time Yield of Process Process 2 x First time Yield of Process Process 3

and so on 

 

The Data are in excel are

    You could create a measure as follow:

    Measure = CALCULATE(PRODUCTX('Table',[First Time Yield]),FILTER(ALLSELECTED('Table'),[Column1]=MAX([Column1])&& [Process ID Number 。]<=MAX([Process ID Number 。])))

    Hi, Anonymous ;

    Sorry, does your RTY need to be classified according to Work Oreder?
    Why ID4 in Work oreder 2 in your table is 92%? Because ID5 in Work oreder 1 is 92%, but ID5 >ID4.
    It would be nice if you could be a little more specific about your logic.

    does your RTY need to be classified according to Work Oreder?

    Yes, and if possible Projcect code 

     

    Both work orders are indpented from each other, aslo, thank you for the correction, I have correct the reseult.
