Return 100% and do not calculate

Hello guys

I hope this messages finds you well.  I'm losing my mind for something that should be super easy.   I have this dramatic table because I have all these dates to substract and make calculations and has been a nightmare.

Keep in mind is just one table. Please any suggestions let me know.

I am calculating count [openaccountdate]/ count [eventdate], if I use a KPI card it returns the correct value but I need to insert this field into a table (matrix).  So, when I click the month to see if the KPI change, it doesnt.

Please help

and when I do so field returns 100%
