Retention by Multiple years view

Hello Everyone,

I am struggling in showing the graphs as per the slicer "Retained as per Year".

In the shared dashboard, on page named "Client Metrics Analysis", there is slicer "Retained as per Year", there are 3 options, 1, 2 and 3 for year.

The issue is management doesn't find the calculation correct because when 2 or 3 option is selected, only New Clients shows in "New_Cust_Sale% and Ret_Cust_Sale% by Year" graph which seems not right.

I request to have a look at the calculations if it have been created correctly, and suggest the correct way if it is not right or any better way.
