How do we replace one image with another in Power BI Desktop instead of just adding a new one?
In Power BI Desktop, after inserting an image from my local system via the Insert menu and formatting it, I wish to replace it with another image from my local system. Essentially, I want to use the same image across multiple pages. Currently, Power BI only offers the option to delete the current image and add a new one, requiring me to format it again. Is there a way to replace the existing image with a new one, saving the time spent on reformatting?
@Omesh
May be you can consider saving your image formatting options into the theme, it will be applied automatically to all the pages. Here is a tutorial for your reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4CMU-iOd4I
Hi @Omesh
Maybe you can consider editing the image externally.
For example,
Save the new image with the same filename as the original, and refresh the data in power bi desktop.
This method can help you avoid reformatting.
