Reference a slicer on page 1 from page 2

Hi, I am brand new to Power BI and was wondering if it is possible to use SELECTEDVALUE to reference the selected value in a slicer control on Page 1 from Page 2? If so, please provide an example of how it is done.

Thanks

It is possible to synct slicers and not show them between the two pages.  You could then right your measure based on the selected value.  Also you could modify the interactions so that the slicer does'n affect the visuals, but is leveraged in the measure that you wrote.
