You can create a Calculated Column in Manufacturing Table.
Last Quantity = CALCULATE(Max(Manufacturing[Quantity]),FILTER(Manufacturing,Manufacturing[OrderNr] = EARLIER(Manufacturing[OrderNr]) && Manufacturing[Date] = MAX(Manufacturing[Date])))
