QlikSense to Power BI Migration

Hi Everyone,

I need help in creating this qliksense Measure into Power BI.

if([Invoice Type]='PCard',
Sum( Aggr(Sum(DISTINCT {<%FlagPCardFinal={'PCard'}>}[Invoice Spend (GBP)]),[Pcard_Transaction Reference])),
SUM({<%FlagExclusion = {$(vIncludenonnegotiateSpend)},[%ARIBA/BW]= {$(vAribaBWSelection)}>}[Invoice Spend (GBP)]))

There are two variables -
1. =if(GetSelectedCount([Include BW Spend])=0,'Ariba',chr(39) & concat(DISTINCT [%ARIBA/BW],chr(39)&','&chr(39)) & chr(39))
2. =if(GetSelectedCount([Include non-negotiated Spend])=0,0,chr(39) & concat(DISTINCT %FlagExclusion,chr(39)&','&chr(39)) & chr(39))

and two inline tables with
